Capabilities

ScifiMetropolis has production capabilities designed to accommodate the collectors market. We offer a complete array of services including pressurized resin casting, clear resin casting, vacuum-forming services and CNC machining of plastics as well as alloys, We also have in house 3D modeling capabilities enabling us to ensure the highest possible quality from a projects inception to it's completion

Our resin casting capabilities include a custom 30 gallon vacuum chamber for de-gassing both resins and silicone, ensuring perfect bubble free castings. We also have a custom built 250 gallon pressure tank for casting large parts in 2 piece closed molds. This gives us the unique ability to cast very large parts without having to worry about surface imperfections or air bubbles being trapped in the undercut areas of the mold being used

We also offer in house roto-casting . We are utilizing the Machine Designs, LLC. MD400 roto-casting machine. This unit gives us the ability to utilize molds up to 54" in diameter and 66" in height. Needless to say, that's a very large mold!

While at this time we are focusing on our newly licensed products, we will be offering contract services in the near future.
